Court Docs: Riley Keough Was Egg Donor for John Travolta & Kelly Preston's Son, Ben
Explosive new legal filings in a lawsuit involving Priscilla Presley allege that actress Riley Keough was the egg donor for John Travolta and Kelly Preston's youngest son, Ben.
LOS ANGELES — Startling new allegations have emerged from
ongoing legal proceedings involving the Presley family, claiming that actress
Riley Keough donated her eggs to actor John Travolta and his late wife, Kelly
Preston, so the couple could conceive their youngest son, Benjamin.
The claims are detailed in an amended complaint filed by
Priscilla Presley’s former business associates, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin
Fialko, in their lawsuit against Priscilla’s son, Navarone Garcia. The
documents, obtained by PEOPLE, allege a complex arrangement following the death
of Keough's mother, music icon Lisa Marie Presley, in January 2023.
The Alleged Egg Donation Arrangement
According to the complaint, the alleged arrangement was
orchestrated in 2010. The filing states that Lisa Marie Presley’s ex-husband,
Michael Lockwood, claimed Travolta and Preston had previously used Lisa Marie’s
eggs to conceive but sought a new donor. Lockwood allegedly told Kruse that
Travolta "no longer wanted to use Lisa Marie’s eggs because they did not
want 'eggs with heroin' on them."

The complaint then alleges a deal was made where Riley
Keough, Lisa Marie's eldest daughter, donated her eggs. Kelly Preston
subsequently gave birth to the couple's son, Benjamin (Ben), now 15. In
exchange, the documents claim Keough received an "old Jaguar" and was
paid between $10,000 and $20,000.
A Tangled Web of Claims Amid Family Turmoil
The allegations surfaced within a broader legal battle
over control and finances following Lisa Marie Presley’s death. The complaint
describes a chaotic scene where "the entire Presley family clamored for
control of the estate," with Lockwood approaching the plaintiffs, claiming
he and his twin daughters with Lisa Marie were "financially destitute."
The filing further alleges that Lockwood wanted Kruse and
Fialko to use the egg donation information to "orchestrate a
settlement" for him. It also claims that when Navarone Garcia learned of
the story, he demanded it be kept out of the press and requested a
"million-dollar settlement."

Attorneys for Priscilla Presley, Marty Singer and Wayne
Harman, issued a forceful statement to TMZ, calling the new allegations
"outrageous" and "shameful."
"They have demonstrated that there is no bar too
low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause
further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family," the statement read,
adding that the conduct "absolutely will be addressed in court."
Previously, in September, Riley Keough and Priscilla
Presley issued a joint statement to PEOPLE dismissing earlier claims from the
lawsuit. “These claims are not only untrue but also deeply hurtful. Our family
is, and always has been, united in love and respect for one another," they
said.
Representatives for John Travolta and Riley Keough have
not yet publicly commented on these specific new allegations. The case
continues to unveil dramatic claims at the intersection of two of America's
most famous families.
