However, these will only be a small fraction of available seats.
Infantino Cites Unprecedented Demand and Global Investment

Therefore, he positions the
high prices as an investment. Ultimately, the funds will be "reinvested
all over the world."
The current sales
window remains open until January 13. Applications will be processed through a lottery system, not on a first-come, first-served basis.
